How much does shipping cost ?
We ship in Israel by post office. Shipping costs 10 nis and it’s free for order over 300 nis.
Can I return an item ?
In general, due to the unique nature of our products, we can not accept any return for refund or credit or exchange.
But, if for any reason you are not happy with your order and if you don’t wear it, you can contact us by email contact@enayimisrael.com and we will see what we can do to make you more happy. You have 7 days to submit your request.
Please use a registered delivery service to do so, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit, and include details of your name, address and order number
Please note: For reasons of hygiene we cannot refund earrings, unless faulty.
How long will I have to wait for my order ?
All our jewelry is handmade. So your order will usually arrive between 7 business days and 3 weeks depends what you order.
If you need an item by a particular date, feel free to contact us by email at contact@enayimisrael.com. We will make every effort to prioritise your order.
Can I put the jewelry in the water ?
No… in order to prolong the quality, the look and the shine of the jewelry, please don’t put it in the water, don’t shower with it, don’t workout with and don’t sleep with it ..
