We ship in Israel by Israel post office.
Shipping costs 20 nis.
For purchases over 300 nis, the delivry is free.

It will take between 7 and 31 business days depends what you order.

Please note that the delivery times of the products indicated only include the calculation of working days (from Sunday to Thursday, excluding Friday, Saturday, public holidays and bank holidays).

Self-collection

The package can be collected in our showroom in Tel Aviv.

If you order special products with changes and/or with customization, you can collect it 10 business days before your order.

If you order casual items you can collect it one day after your order in our showroom in Tel Aviv.

After placing the order, we will contact you by phone to arrange a pick-up time.

Returns

In general, due to the unique nature of our products, we can not accept any return for refund or credit or exchange.

But, if for any reason you are not happy with your order and if you don’t wear it, you can contact us by email contact@enayimisrael.com and we will see what we can do to make you more happy. You have 7 days to submit your request.

Please use a registered delivery service to do so, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit, and include details of your name, address and order number

Please note: For reasons of hygiene we cannot refund earrings, unless faulty.
